Customer Support Agent

Do you have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service?ProminDelta Holding Limited is seeking a Customer Support Agent to be the first point ofcontact for our clients and customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues,and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. Theideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and have a strong problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving processes
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the development of customer support materials, such as FAQs and guides.
  • Contribute to team goals and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications or related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
